How to return?

Introduction

Sometimes a product is not what you expected it to be or you are having some problems with it and you want to use your warranty. On this page you will find all the information on how to return a product.

How to return an order:

  • Log in on our website and go to "My Account"
  • Click on the button marked "view", which you find behind your order.
  • Now click the link "return this product?" that is behind the product you wish tu return
  • Fill in the form and give us as much information as you can
  • We will now send you a RMA document as fast as possible by e-mail, along with all the details you need.

If you can`t log in to our website, just send us an e-mail at info@gamegear.be and include the reason for the return and the order number or invoice number. Or you can follow the steps in the section "Right of return" down below.

Some addition information:

  • Use a solid packaging to prevent damage to the article.
  • The articles should be returned by a shipping method that is traceable + signature.
  • The costs for sending back the product are for the customer.
  • We take no responsibility for any damage caused during transportation of the returned product, so make sure you ship it safely.

Right of return

If the article does not meet the expectations you have the right to return the product within the legal term of 14 days after receiving the product. The packaging and the article may not be damaged (no scratches, dirt or other signs of use) if you want a full refund. Of course you can open the packaging, just don't rip it in a thousand pieces or throw it out. If not, we are not obligated to refund the full amount and take in account a fee. The client has the choice to replace the article, request a coupon or get refunded.

The cost of shipping the product back are for the client. If these rules are not respected, we are not obliged to take back the article and we do not have to refund the product. When the order has been delivered, you must check if the product matches the order you have placed with us. If this is not the case, then you can notify us by e-mail: info@gamegear.be within 14 days . Please include any deviation and your order number in your communication.
